1.中空玻璃生產線開機順序：首先要檢查中空玻璃加工設備水箱里的水充足，然后打開水泵，調整白色海綿輥上方的噴水管，保證海綿輥所有位置都能被沖洗到。然后用手將海綿輥上的雜質和臟物清洗干凈，并且保證海綿輥被完全泡開泡膨脹。注意在冬天開啟中空玻璃生產線時，一定不要先打開清洗傳送。因為冬天兩個緊鄰的海綿輥會被凍在一起，在沒有被浸泡開的情況下打開傳送，會導致海綿輥被撕壞。

Then, turn on the water pump and adjust the water spray pipe above the white sponge roller to ensure that all positions of the sponge roller can be flushed. 2.然后打開清洗傳送，將待加工的中空玻璃放在傳送輪上，注意玻璃一定要放平穩(wěn)，防止玻璃在傳送過程中掉落傷到人。

3.鋁隔條上涂抹的丁基膠要保證均勻，而且涂抹在整個鋁條表面，防止漏膠，有毛刺現象。并且采用優(yōu)質丁基膠保證鋁條和玻璃結實的站合在一起。鋁隔條涂完膠后禁止有粘上灰塵。

4.雙組份密封膠要涂抹牢固，表面保持平滑，尤其是拐角處要涂抹好，防止漏氣，跑氣現象。
