合片段：合片段具有玻璃定位及鋁框定位裝置，能完成玻璃定位、鋁框定位安放功能。玻璃由傳送膠輥承托及傳送，傳送輥由電機(jī)（輥壓段電機(jī)）經(jīng)過(guò)變頻調(diào)速器通過(guò)鏈輪帶動(dòng)，玻璃由清洗干燥段低速進(jìn)入本段，經(jīng)檢查合格后加速運(yùn)行至下一工作段，提高工作效率；由變頻調(diào)速器控制本段調(diào)速電機(jī)的運(yùn)行速度，光電開(kāi)關(guān)控制玻璃進(jìn)入下一工作段。

The glass is supported and transported by a conveyor roller, which is driven by a motor (roller pressing section motor) through a frequency converter and a sprocket. The glass enters this section at low speed from the cleaning and drying section, and after passing the inspection, accelerates to the next working section to improve work efficiency; The operating speed of the speed regulating motor in this section is controlled by a frequency converter, and the photoelectric switch controls the glass to enter the next working section.

中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線的清洗水路系統(tǒng)為循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，其水箱配有恒溫水加熱裝置，水溫可自動(dòng)保持在合理的范圍。

The cleaning water circuit system of the hollow Glass production production line is a circulating system. Its water tank is equipped with a constant temperature Water heating device, and the water temperature can be automatically maintained within a reasonable range.

水由水泵從水箱抽出，經(jīng)噴淋水管噴到玻璃表面上，清洗玻璃后流回水箱，循環(huán)使用。若水質(zhì)較差，需配備水處理裝置（用戶自備），水經(jīng)處理后進(jìn)入水箱，按上述步驟循環(huán)使用。
