　　1、機頭電機下面不要有異物，遠離電機以免發(fā)生危險。

　　4、操作參數(shù)設(shè)置時，在控制箱pc顯示屏上進行，根據(jù)須要而選擇設(shè)定值，不要隨意設(shè)定，以免控制器發(fā)出錯誤的信息，影響打膠質(zhì)量或損壞設(shè)備。

　　5、混膠或沖槍時，一定要先打開膠嘴控制閥門，然后再打開供膠機，以免壓力劇增損壞設(shè)備或者出現(xiàn)安全事故。

　　6、吸盤上不能放石灰粉，如有膠請清理，如果有的玻璃邊緣正好放到吸盤的中心時，可調(diào)節(jié)吸盤左右移動.

　　7、打膠時一定要扶好玻璃，避免玻璃脫離定位，影響打膠質(zhì)量。

　　8、沖槍時先關(guān)閉機頭上的B膠出膠閥門，關(guān)閉B膠泵，然后打開B膠回流閥門，后沖槍，沖洗至出膠口不出黑膠，沖洗才能結(jié)束。

　　9、打三玻時要將鋁框檢測探針缷掉，雙玻時在安裝上。

　　1、定期檢查電氣接線是否有松動及接地可靠性。

　　2、新機器經(jīng)過一段時間的運轉(zhuǎn)之后，應(yīng)全面檢查各緊固件是否有松動現(xiàn)象，并重新緊固。
