臥式丁基膠涂布機(jī)是在鋁間隔框兩側(cè)均勻涂抹熱熔丁基膠的專用設(shè)備，操作人員需扶持間隔框．其它動(dòng)作（壓輪、打膠、停膠）均由設(shè)定程序自動(dòng)完成．操作方便，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠。

采用不銹鋼拉絲面板，臺(tái)面整潔，外形美觀。

可調(diào)速皮帶傳動(dòng)電機(jī)，可適應(yīng)不同操作人員快捷使用。膠缸內(nèi)徑D195mm ,長(zhǎng)450mm，適用于各種規(guī)格的丁基膠。氣液增壓系統(tǒng)．壓力均勻穩(wěn)定。

丁基膠機(jī)裝有光電開關(guān)．由PLC電腦程序控制，可實(shí)現(xiàn)鋁條自動(dòng)感應(yīng)系統(tǒng)，只需人工持框與皮帶同步完成。24小時(shí)定時(shí)開機(jī)，提高工作效率，節(jié)省預(yù)熱時(shí)間。
膠頭寬窄度可自動(dòng)調(diào)整。
