　　1、應(yīng)該將雙組份打膠機(jī)設(shè)備安裝在無粉塵和腐蝕性氣體的環(huán)境中（這一要求不同于其他設(shè)備，當(dāng)然，如果條件不足以爭取至少有無腐蝕性氣體，畢竟設(shè)備有電線和管道，不耐腐蝕）。
　　1. 　　3、雙組份打膠機(jī)安裝之前，應(yīng)先檢查能否有因運(yùn)輸、搬動構(gòu)成的變形、損壞和緊固件松動情況，之前就曾經(jīng)有客戶在移動打膠機(jī)的過程中把設(shè)備的智能控制系統(tǒng)的一個零部件碰掉了而招致設(shè)備無法正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，我們的工作人員到現(xiàn)場后才排查出的緣由。

　　4、我們可以根據(jù)空中平整度的理論情況來經(jīng)過調(diào)整設(shè)備的可升降地腳螺栓來調(diào)整設(shè)備的水平度直到設(shè)備水平而穩(wěn)定。然后按圖接線并可靠接地，把氣源接入機(jī)器所配帶的氣源接口，確保無漏氣現(xiàn)象。
　　4. First of all, we can adjust the levelness of the equipment through adjusting the lifting anchor bolt of the equipment according to the theoretical situation of air flatness until the equipment is level and stable. 　　5、向油槽中加注液壓油至指定位置，46#液壓油（約為50升左右）。

　　雙組份打膠機(jī)的操作過程十分的簡單，小編大約總結(jié)下分為兩個部分一個是控制系統(tǒng)的操作，另一個就是膠桶的安裝/改換，細(xì)致點(diǎn)的方法如下。

　　1.接通電源（380V 三相四線）和氣源（0.6-0.7MPa）。

　　2.翻開A,B膠供膠閥門，關(guān)閉B膠回流閥門。

　　4、假設(shè)長時間不用（超越15分鐘）或者是下班時要在控制面板上選擇“沖槍”，然后翻開B膠回流閥門，關(guān)閉B膠供膠閥門.此時供膠機(jī)沖槍準(zhǔn)備工作就緒。

　　5、每次操作前確保設(shè)備的水平度，調(diào)整機(jī)器的水平度，調(diào)理地腳的高度使機(jī)身水平。

　?、谀z桶的安裝/改換

　　1、在控制面板上選擇“AB膠壓盤”。
　　1. Select "AB glue pressure plate" on the control panel.
　　2、再選擇“A膠升”此時A膠壓盤上升。
　　2. Select "a glue rise" again, and then the a glue pressure plate rises.
　　3、高度到位時在控制面板上選擇“A膠停”

　　4、將A膠桶放到壓盤下面，翻開桶蓋將里面的膠袋固定好，將膠桶的上口與壓盤對齊（留意：新機(jī)器或是剛換上的密封圈是要先將密封圈外表涂上A膠，以便起到潤滑作用）。

　　6、讓壓盤斷續(xù)降落（即A膠降→A膠停→A膠降---），當(dāng)壓盤壓入桶內(nèi)時可使壓盤連續(xù)降落，此時排氣閥內(nèi)有空氣排出，當(dāng)排氣閥內(nèi)連續(xù)排出A膠而沒有空氣排出時，壓盤中止降落并關(guān)閉閥門。
　　6. Let the pressure plate drop intermittently (i.e. a glue drop → a glue stop → a glue drop --). When the pressure plate is pressed into the barrel, it can make the pressure plate drop continuously. At this time, there is air in the exhaust valve to discharge. 　　三、雙組份打膠機(jī)的留意事項(xiàng)

　　1、在當(dāng)天機(jī)器操作終了后要把膠管內(nèi)的膠沖出，防止硬化；假設(shè)長時間不適用要留意用煤油清洗膠管和膠槍。

　　5、A膠提膠泵連續(xù)工作1分鐘以上沒有供膠中止，說明管路內(nèi)有空氣，此時會報(bào)警，須翻開泵上管接頭再翻開A膠提膠泵，直到出膠為止，中止并接好接頭，膠槍會呈現(xiàn)有空氣的嗶嗶爆破聲，空氣排凈就好了。
　　5. The a glue lift pump works continuously for more than 1 minute without stopping the glue supply, which means there is air in the pipeline. At this time, an alarm will be given.
