先對毛刷式清洗機各部件展開檢查。查看清洗槽有無破損、泄漏情況，確保槽體完好，能正常承載清洗液。檢查毛刷輥，看刷毛是否整齊、有無倒伏或脫落，若有部分刷毛損壞，會影響清洗均勻度，需及時更換或修復(fù)。傳動裝置方面，確認鏈條、皮帶等連接部件無松動，皮帶若出現(xiàn)松弛，易導(dǎo)致傳動不穩(wěn)定，影響玻璃輸送與清洗效果。同時，檢查烘干裝置的加熱元件是否正常，通風(fēng)口有無堵塞，保證烘干功能能正常運作。?

依據(jù)待清洗玻璃的污垢類型、程度，選擇適配的清洗液。針對普通灰塵、油污，中性水基清洗液較為常用；若玻璃表面有頑固污漬，可選用針對性的專用清洗液。按產(chǎn)品說明，在清洗槽中調(diào)配合適濃度的清洗液，一般常規(guī)清洗時，水基清洗液濃度控制在 3%-5%。例如，清洗槽容量為 100 升，取 3-5 升清洗液原液，再加入 95-97 升清水，攪拌均勻即可。?

（一）啟動設(shè)備?

開啟清洗機電源，先進行短暫預(yù)熱，讓設(shè)備各部件達到適宜工作溫度，尤其是烘干裝置，預(yù)熱能使后續(xù)烘干效果更理想。待預(yù)熱完成，啟動傳動裝置，玻璃開始緩慢進入清洗槽。此時，觀察玻璃輸送是否順暢，有無卡頓現(xiàn)象，若出現(xiàn)異常，立即停機排查，可能是傳動部件故障或玻璃放置不當(dāng)所致。?

清洗后的玻璃隨傳動裝置進入烘干區(qū)域。烘干裝置吹出的熱風(fēng)迅速蒸發(fā)玻璃表面殘留水分，完成干燥工序。同樣，要密切關(guān)注烘干效果，若玻璃表面仍有水滴殘留，可能是烘干溫度不夠、通風(fēng)不暢或玻璃表面清洗液過多，需相應(yīng)調(diào)整烘干溫度、檢查通風(fēng)口或適當(dāng)減少清洗液噴淋量。
